Customised Training We can deliver training tailored to your exact requirements. This can include general user training, database administration, and/or assisting your staff to improve their Microsoft Access skills.
Telephone and Email Support Technical support is available via phone or email, between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week.
On-site Troubleshooting If problems can’t be resolved over the phone or via email, we will come to you at the earliest opportunity and fix these on-site. In most cases, this will be on the same or next business day.
Remote Assistance Clients in geographically remote or dispersed locations may choose to enable direct PC-to-PC support, using Windows XP’s Remote Assistance facility or Symantec’s PC AnyWhere. These technologies provide a secure way to troubleshoot problems remotely, eliminating the costs and delays normally associated with on-site support.
Built-in Error Logging If a runtime error occurs while your database is in use, information relating to the error can be automatically logged by the database. Error logs can be emailed to us at the click of a button, enabling problems to be rapidly diagnosed and fixed.
