dispersed locations may choose to enable direct PC-to-PC
support, using Windows XP’s Remote Assistance facility
or Symantec’s PC AnyWhere. These technologies provide
a secure way to troubleshoot problems remotely, eliminating
the costs and delays normally associated with on-site support. |
| Built-in Error Logging |
If a runtime error occurs while your
database is in use, information relating to the error can
be automatically logged by the database. Error logs can
be emailed to us at the click of a button, enabling problems
to be rapidly diagnosed and fixed. |
